Why am I telling you this?
Because I need you to understand how I’m different.
I’m not here to sell you some ‘quick fix’ or magic pill.
My goal here is simple:
Clarity.
And when you have clarity about the situation, you’ll get the results you’re after.
Since helping hundreds of hockey players just like you, I’ve been able to identify the 4 invisible forces that are holding you back:
#1: Your Stories
There are things that you keep telling yourself in your head that hold you back.
It’s the crippling self-doubt.
It’s the belief that you don’t deserve to get selected for a higher team
It’s the horrible things you tell yourself when you walk off the field
And if you’re failing to get noticed, chances are you have a lot of ‘stories’ about why you can’t or won’t succeed.
I’ll help you identify and destroy each of those limiting beliefs.
(The transformative power on your life as a whole from this exercise will be insane.)
#2: Your Surroundings
You don’t realise it, but the people you spend the most time with and the places you go has a HUGE impact on your goals.
One coaching session with me, and that’ll all change.
#3: Your Identity
How do you see yourself right now?
Do you see yourself as a great hockey player who can make an impact on the field every time they get the ball?
Or do you see yourself as someone who makes silly mistakes, doesn't have a lot of skills, isn't as fit as you could be or often doubt yourself?
How you see yourself determines your success when it comes to hockey.
You can’t reach the next level if you don’t truly believe that you deserve it.
In our coaching session, I’ll help you craft a strong positive identity.
That way, achieving your hockey goals becomes easy.
(Imagine being more positive about the way you play and experiencing true self-confidence - perhaps for the first time in your life…)
#4: Your Vision
This is how you see yourself in the future, and it’s just as important.
If you don’t carefully and intentionally craft a ‘future you’, any progress you make in the short-term may just be temporary, resulting in a lot of frustration long-term.
You need to realise that it’s impossible to achieve your peak performance if you don’t first remove all the mental barriers.
Why?
Because every single setback has conditioned your mind to think that you won’t be able to achieve your hockey goals.
